Right of Withdrawal

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the item is delivered to you before the deadline – by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilling our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the Civil Code (BGB) in connection with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB. Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) are to be surrendered. If you cannot return the received performance and benefits (e.g. usage advantages) or only partially or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for derived benefits if the use or deterioration is due to handling the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as it is possible and usual in a store. Items suitable for parcel shipment are to be returned at our risk. You bear the regular costs of return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed 40 euros or if you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the withdrawal. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you. Items that are not suitable for parcel shipment will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal declaration or the item, for us with its receipt.

Notes on the Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you.

Notes on Returns

The modalities mentioned in this section ("Notes on Returns") are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the above right of withdrawal.

In this way, they enable the seller to assign the products as quickly as possible. Customers are asked to send the goods back to the seller as a prepaid package and to keep the receipt of the shipment. The seller will reimburse the customers in advance for postage costs upon request, provided these are not to be borne by the buyer himself. Customers are asked to avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. The goods should, if possible, be returned in their original packaging with all accessories to the seller. If the original packaging is no longer in the possession of the seller, another suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
